We’re Honored to Win 3 OBIE Awards!

The entire team at Loudermilk Homes and Loudermilk Designs is honored to win three OBIE Awards from the judges at the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association! The prestigious awards recognize outstanding achievements in the home building industry, such as the quality of work, craftsmanship, remodeling, and marketing achievements.

We were excited to win these awards:

  • A GOLD Award for Loudermilk Homes for Custom Homes $5 Million and above for a gorgeous luxury home we designed and built in Chastain Park (see the listing here)

  • A GOLD Award for Loudermilk Designs for a bespoke kitchen renovation we designed at a home in Atlanta’s Old 4th Ward neighborhood

  • A SILVER Award for Loudermilk Designs for a custom luxury basement renovation we did at a home in The Manor Golf & Country Club gated community in Milton/Alpharetta

Thank you again to the panel of judges for the OBIE Awards for recognizing our vision and level of workmanship on these projects. We look forward to entering many more projects by Loudermilk Homes and Loudermilk Designs in the future!
