Mountain Modern Design
The one-story home on Lot 14 in Saratay Falls features a mountain modern rustic design with European influences and high-end finishes throughout. The home has expansive banks of windows, full-height sliding glass pocket doors to let in natural light while blending indoor and outdoor living, and covered balconies to soak in panoramic views of the mountains.
An oversize fireplace just inside the entry creates a sense of grandeur and anchors the space, while vaulted ceilings and wood beams add charm and complement the architectural style. The gourmet chef’s kitchen has a generously sized island, high-end cabinets, and elite appliances.
The spa-inspired bathroom features a soaking tub with brushed gold fixtures, double vanities, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning views of the mountains.
A semi-detached two-car garage connects to the home through a breezeway, offering protection from the weather and adding to the rustic character of the home.
