This home served as the 2025 Cashiers Designer Showhouse, an annual event hosted by the Cashiers Historical Society. Rather than one design vision carried throughout, a dozen interior design professionals were each given a single room to bring to life in their own style, celebrating the heritage and character of Cashiers. That is why each space in this home feels distinct from the next, and different from how we typically stage a Loudermilk home. Proceeds from the event support the preservation of the region's architectural and cultural legacy.
