Why We're Excited About the New ForceField Air & Water Barrier System

We’re always looking for new and better ways to do things. That’s why we’re excited about the new high-tech ForceField air and water barrier system by Georgia-Pacific, which installs 40% faster and is more efficient than traditional house wrap.

We recently used it for the first time, and we were impressed by how easy and intuitive it was to use.

The accompanying “magic tape” for seams can be torn with just one hand to make installation smoother, and we’re confident that sealed seams will reduce air flow in and out of the house to make heating and cooling systems more efficient.

The water barrier performance is crucial in waterproofing the home, and preventing moisture from getting behind the exterior materials.

ForceField looks clean and professional once it’s installed, and it makes the job site look tidy and organized.

We’re confident in Georgia-Pacific’s 90-year history of making quality products, and we look forward to seeing how ForceField performs in the field.

ForceField is another example of how we use value engineering to make every dollar stretch further, and to be responsible stewards of our clients’ resources.
